The Personal Brand Growth Report · For executives and senior operators

Your credibility is on loan from your employer.

Your title carries your authority. Your company carries your proof. Take both away and the record of twenty years is a resume and a headshot. Nobody is evaluating your career. They are evaluating what they can find of it in about forty seconds. This report shows you what your reputation looks like standing on its own.

  • A score across five dimensions. Discoverability, Credibility, Clarity, Content, and Conversion, each scored out of ten.
  • What survives without the logo. Which parts of your credibility are yours and which belong to your employer.
  • Three things already working. Named specifically, so you stop rebuilding what is fine.
  • A rewritten LinkedIn headline. Written to hold up to a board, a recruiter, or a search committee.
  • A 30-day action plan. Ordered by leverage, and built to run quietly while you are still in seat.

No cost. No call required. Nothing published anywhere. This is a private read on your own presence.

All fields are required except the last one. We produce a limited number each week. Every one is built by hand and read by one person.

Personal address is fine and usually better.

One sentence is enough, and it does not have to be a job. A board seat, a bigger scope, a move you have not told anyone about. This is the field that makes your report specific instead of generic.

Delivered within two business days to the address you give us. We do not sell your information, we only send the weekly email if you ticked the box above, and we do not contact your employer.

Request received

Your report is in the queue. It arrives within two business days, built by hand from your actual presence. Watch for it from brian@founderreels.com.

What the scoring looks like

One page tells you what is actually yours.

This is the pattern we see in nearly every senior operator. A career worth a nine, presented at a four. The gap is not competence. It is that nobody ever needed you to explain yourself in public before.

Sample Scorecard
4.8Overall
Discoverability5 / 10
Credibility9 / 10
Clarity4 / 10
Content3 / 10
Conversion3 / 10
Read this the way a search committee would. Credibility is a nine, and almost all of it is attached to a company logo. Everything that makes it yours is a four or below.

DIMENSIONDiscoverability

What comes up when someone searches your name, and what ranks above you.

DIMENSIONCredibility

How much of your proof is yours, and how much of it walks out the door if you do.

DIMENSIONClarity

Whether a stranger can explain what you do after thirty seconds.

DIMENSIONContent

Whether you have a point of view, a cadence, and a reason to follow you.

DIMENSIONConversion

Whether attention becomes a booked conversation or leaks out the bottom.

The five things we score are the three things we fix. Discoverability, Credibility, and Clarity are all positioning. Content is content. Conversion is capture. The report is the diagnostic for that system.

The timing

The worst time to build this is when you need it.

Right now you have the one thing that makes public standing credible, which is that you obviously do not need it. You are employed, senior, and not asking anyone for anything. Anything you write reads as authority.

Six months after a departure, the same words read as availability. Same career, same insight, different signal, and there is very little you can do about the difference.

That is the whole asymmetry. Standing built quietly over a year while everything is fine is worth more than standing built in ninety days while you are between things, and it takes less effort to build.

Most people discover this in the wrong order.

There is a structural reason this is more urgent than it was five years ago. AI has collapsed the cost of competent work, which means competence is no longer what separates you from the next credentialed person. What has not gotten cheaper is trust in a specific human being.

Your title is not portable. Your employer’s proof is not portable. Your reputation is the only part of this that is.

What you get

Two pages. Nothing you have to explain to anyone.

We are not sending you a forty-page PDF you will never open. Every section exists because it changes what you do next, and every action in it is one you can take without announcing anything.

Page one

Executive summary

The one-paragraph read on your presence. What your track record says versus what your presence says.

Page one

Category scorecard

All five dimensions scored, with the overall. Concrete enough to argue with, which is the point.

Page one

What is already working

Three specific strengths worth protecting. Most audits skip this and it is why most audits get ignored.

Page one

What survives the logo

Which parts of your credibility belong to you and which belong to your employer. Most people are surprised by the split.

Page two

Your rewritten headline

A finished LinkedIn headline that reads as positioning, not as a signal that you are looking. Copy it in tonight.

Page two

A sample post in your voice

One complete post drafted from your actual experience. Written so it builds your standing without putting your employer in an awkward position.

Page two

30-day action plan

Sequenced by leverage and sized for a real calendar. The first item is usually something you can finish in an hour.

Page two

Where we would go next

If the report points to work worth doing together, we show you what that looks like. If it does not, we say so.

The outcome

Your record starts standing on its own.

The headline goes in tonight. Ten minutes, no announcement, and the next recruiter or board member who searches you finds a claim instead of a title.

Within a month the search results change. Your proof begins attaching to your name instead of your employer’s. The plan is sized to run in the margins of a real calendar, so nobody at work notices anything except that you seem to be writing more.

Then the conversations start arriving unprompted, which is the actual point. Not because you signalled availability, but because you became legible to people who were already looking for someone like you and had no way to find you.

Most of that you can do yourself with the report. If you want it done faster, or done with someone who has sat on the board side of the table, that is what we sell.

What happens next

Three steps. Nothing that leaves a trace.

STEP 01

You send the form

Name, email, LinkedIn, and the move you want to be ready for. Two minutes.

STEP 02

We research your presence

Everything a recruiter, board member, or search firm would find. All of it from public sources. We never contact anyone at your company and we never need to.

STEP 03

The report lands in your inbox

Within two business days, to whichever address you gave us. Read it, use the headline, work the plan. If you want it walked through, the Intensive is $395 and includes a working session.

Who builds it

Every report is written by one person.

Brian Hollowaty

Twenty years operating. Seventy-five brand launches. Six hundred products developed, manufactured, and taken to market. Product companies I still run today across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, national retail, and roughly fifty countries.

I read your presence the way a board, a buyer, or a search committee would, because I have sat on the other side of all three.

Before you ask

Fair questions.

I am currently employed. Is this discreet?

Yes. Everything we look at is already public. We never contact your company, we never post anything, and the report goes to one address of your choosing. Building your own standing while in seat is not disloyalty. It is the thing most boards wish their executives were better at.

Will this make it look like I am job hunting?

Not if it is done correctly, and that is most of the work. There is a real difference between positioning that reads as authority and positioning that reads as availability. The rewritten headline we send you is written to land on the first side of that line.

Is this actually free, or is it a sales call in disguise?

It is free and it arrives by email. There is no call required to receive it. If the report surfaces work worth doing together, we will say so at the end. You are free to ignore that and use the plan yourself.

Can I expense this?

Often, yes. The Intensive sits comfortably inside most professional development or executive coaching budgets, and it is a normal line item to submit. If you would rather not route it through your company, that is also fine and fairly common. We do not itemize anything on the receipt beyond the engagement name.

Is it generated by AI?

The research is assisted. The judgment is not. Every report is reviewed and written by Brian, which is also why there is a weekly limit on how many we produce.

What if my presence is genuinely bad?

Then the report will be direct about it, which is more useful than being polite about it. Nearly every low score we produce comes from a strong career that nobody ever asked to have explained in public. That is a fixable problem.

Is this a resume service or career coaching?

No. We do not write resumes, run job searches, or make introductions. We work on the asset underneath all of that, which is what people find and believe about you before any of those conversations start.

What do you do with my information?

We use it to build your report and to send it to you. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a list you did not ask to join.

I am in a regulated field. Does that change anything?

Attorneys, clinicians, and financial professionals have real constraints on what they can claim publicly. We work inside them. Positioning does not require claims you are not allowed to make.

One more time

The people deciding your next move are already looking.

You may as well know what they are finding. Two business days, no cost, no call, and nothing published anywhere.
